INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
I. Experience under contracts in the role of prime contractor (single entity or JV member), Subcontractor, or management contractor for at last 10 years starting from Bid Submission Date.
II. A minimum number of 2 (two) similar plants that have been satisfactorily and substantially completed as a prime contractor (single entity or JV member), management contractor or Subcontractor between 1st January 2013 and the Bid submission deadline each with a minimum contract value of USD 10 million covering engineering, procurement, construction & commissioning of 60 MMSCFD Glycol (TEG) Dehydration Type Process Plant inside & outside their home country.
III. The tenderer from any country except no diplomatic relationship with Bangladesh shall have minimum ten (10) years’ experience in Design, Engineering, Procurement, Supply, Installation, Commissioning and Testing of natural gas process plant completed under EPC/Turn-key Contract.
IV. The Tenderer shall also have experience in Design, Engineering, Procurement, Supply, Installation, Commissioning and Testing of minimum two (2) gas process plant (Minimum 30 MMSCFD Capacity each) as an EPC contractor for reputed gas/oil companies through ICB within last 10(Ten) years and one of gas process plant must be completed outside of their home country.
V. Out of minimum two (2) gas process plant as started in para 17(ii) above, one shall be glycol dehydration type gas process plant having minimum 60 MMSCFD capacity through ICB.
