INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

This invitation for Tender is open to all eligible Tenderers as mentioned below:
1. The minimum years of general experience of the tenderer in the supply of sub-station equipment and generator and related services as supplier shall be 5 (five) years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
2. The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of at least 100 KVA sub-station equipment and 80 KVA generator and related services of at least 1 (one) contract successfully completed within the last 5 (five) years, with a value of at least Tk. 72.00 (seventy two) lakh.
3. The generating set shall be assembled & tested in USA / JAPAN / EU countries. The major components like engine shall be of Perkins / Deutz / Cummins/ Mitsubishi / Volvo / Kohler / Yanmar brand and alternator shall be of Stamford / Meccalte / Leroy Somer / Kohler brand. The engine, alternator, ATS, canopy shall also be manufactured and tested as per relevant standards in USA / JAPAN / EU countries.
4. The minimum supply and/or production capacity of sub-station equipment and generator are 1 (one) nos per year.
5. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the tenderer shall be Tk 80.00 (Eighty) lakh. The tenderer must be submitted letter of commitment for bank’s undertaking line of credit in form PG3-8.
6. The tenderer must be submitted up to date trade license, VAT registration certificate, income TAX clearance certificate and ABC/BC electric and supervisory licenses.
7. Manufacturer’s Authorization letter for proposed Generator, Sub-station to be supplied by Tenderer must submit in form of e-PG3-5.
8. The contractor must have to bear all the factory visit related expenses of at least 03 (three) nos Govt. Officers
All other conditions as mentioned in e-TDS & PCC , Section 6 of e-tender document must be fulfill |
