| Eligibility of Applicant : |

1. Bidder must quote all items. All items should be Brand New and conform to the required specification such as part number/drawing code/Model number. The spec./model/part no. should be labeled properly on the body of the spare parts.
2. Port of shipment, Country of origin, Name of the manufacturer and Delivery Period must be mentioned in the bid.
3. If the bidder is not the manufacturer himself, he has to present the Manufacturer’s Authorization Letter from the manufacturer or their Genuine Distributor to prove the quoted spares are genuine for each lot (for main spares/items).The letters should be as per Form PG4-5 of tender document and contain official email & website addresses of manufacturer. Otherwise the bid will be treated as non-responsive.
4. The bidder must have at least 06 years of similar type product supply experience. The manufacturers must have at least 06 years of similar type product manufacturing experience. The manufacturer must have relevant API and/or ISO certificates. Otherwise the bid will be treated as non-responsive.
5. In case of LOT-1: Bidder has to submit Manufacturer’s Authorization Letter from manufacturer/respective company.
6. In case of LOT-2: Bidder has to submit Manufacturer’s Authorization Letter from manufacturer/respective company.
7. In case of LOT-3: Spare parts of NOV mud pump Bidder has to submit Manufacturer’s Authorization Letter from NOV or authorized institutions from NOV.
8. Bidder should submit its audited financial report & other relevant documents as per Tender requirement.
9. Except all countries which does not have any diplomatic relation with Bangladesh. Local Tenderers are not eligible for this tender. |
