INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

(a) Tenderers shall have the legal capacity to enter into the Contract, shall have fulfilled its obligations to pay taxes and social security contributions under the provisions of laws and regulations of the country of its origin and shall not have a conflict of interest pursuant to Rule 71 of the Public Procurement Rules-2025.
(b) The maximum three (03) numbers of arbitration against the Tenderer over a period of last five (05) years.
(c) The Tenderer shall have a minimum of five (05) years of overall experience in the supply of Goods and related services.
(d) The Tenderer shall have specific experience of satisfactory completion of supply of similar goods for any GE Frame PG 9171E or higher rated GT Unit of minimum USD 45,000.00 or equivalent value under a single contract in the last five (05) years.
(e) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility is USD 60,000.00 or equivalent.
N.B: 1. Years will count backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
