| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

1. Be a legally registered software/IT firm with minimum 5 years’ experience.
2. The Vendor must have updated valid Trade License, TIN certificate, VAT & BIN certificate, updated Income Tax acknowledgement receipt of return/clearance certificate.
3. The Firm Must have ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management) certification.
4. The Firm/Company must have completed at least 2 large database-driven systems in government/ semi-government/ multinational/ private sector in last 5 years.
5. The Firm/ Company must have had an average annual turnover above BDT 01 Crore in the last 03 (Three) financial years. All financial requirements must be supported by a verified audit report.
6. Must have a minimum amount of Liquid asset/ Line (s) of credit of the firm shall be BDT 1 crore.
7. Must have Minimum 20 full-time ICT professionals. Must propose at minimum: Project Manager (10 yrs exp), Senior Database Architect (8 yrs), Backend System Engineer (6 yrs), Frontend/UI Specialist (5 yrs), QA/Test Engineer (5 yrs), Technical Support Engineer (2 yrs). |
