| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

(a) The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 10 (Ten) years of overall experience in supply of Petroleum Product Flow Meter and related services.
(b) The minimum specific experience in supply of similar Goods of at least 1 (one) contract successfully completed within the last 7 (seven) years, each with a value of at least USD 320,000.00 or Equivalent BDT 40.00 Million with a Government, Semi-Government or Autonomous body in Bangladesh or in any other Petroleum Refinery/ Marketing Terminal around the world (counted backward from the date of publication of the IFT).
(c) The minimum supply and/or production capacity of Goods is/ are: 25 nos. per year.
(d) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility is BDT 91.00 (Ninety one) Million or US Dollar 700000 (Seven hundred thousand) or equivalent. |
