a) Manufacturer’s Authorization letter/certificates for all products.
b) Valid API certificate of manufacturer for API Bentonite and API Barite.
c) Manufacturers must have valid ISO 9001:2015 certification.
d) Manufacturer must have 07 years’ experience of manufacturing similar product.
e) Bonafide supplier must have 05 years’ experience of supplying similar materials and must have proven sales record of 05 years to IOC companies other than the Manufacture’s Country of Origin and also submitted at least 02 end-user certificate, if necessary, will be verified.
f) Bonafide Manufacturer/Supplier or their authorized agents must be from any countries having diplomatic relation with Bangladesh.
g) The manufacturer must have R&D Laboratory facilities of their own to conduct respective drilling fluid test to meet client demands. |
