Brief Description of Assignment:
• Web Application development (both web-based and android application) including maintenance support for 1 year.
• Cloud hosting of the existing URP-RAJUK domain and Web Application hosted in NDC (National Data Center) and provide on-call support service of web Application solution and URP-RAJUK domain till June, 2020.
Implementation Period: 18 (Eighteen) Months.

The Project Director, URP: RAJUK now invites eligible consulting firms (“Consultants”) to indicate their interest in providing the Services. Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services and they are requested to provide the information on Prescribed Format (Form-A) issued with this REOI, but the required qualification information is not limited to the Prescribed Format. The short listing criteria are as follows:
a) Country and date of registration/incorporation (age of the firm in business)
b) Experience of the firm in conducting assignments of similar nature (similar nature and/or complexity including cost and duration of the assignments)
c) Experience of the firm in other areas (other experience including cost and duration)
d) Availability of professionals with appropriate skills
e) HR structure of the firm
f) Availability of resources (financial)
g) Availability of other resources – logistical and support services of the firm
Key Experts and Sub-consultant will not be evaluated at the short listing stage.
The attention of interested Consultants is drawn to Paragraph 1.9 of the World Bank’s Guidelines: Selection and Employment of Consultants [under IBRD Loans and IDA Credits & Grants] By World Bank Borrowers January 2011 (Revised July 2014)” (“Consultant Guidelines”), setting forth the World Bank’s policy on conflict of interest.
Consultants may associate with other firms in the form of a joint venture or a sub consultancy to enhance their qualifications.
A Consultant will be selected in accordance with the Selection Based on the Consultants’ Qualifications (CQS) method set out in the Consultant Guidelines.
