Research organization/Agency to conduct a need analysis on developing new category of workforce like medical physicist, biomedical engineer, midwife, medical biotechnologist, health informatics and also other category on the basis of technology advancement, future need and also for improvement of service delivery |
| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |

• Organization/Agency should recognized or legally authorized by concerned authority.
• Organization/Agency should have experience of performing similar type of activities or works with evidence.
• Organization/Agency should not have any bad reputation or poor performance previously, will treated as disqualification.
• A complete study proposal which will include rationale of the study, objectives, clear methodology, reasons for organization/Agency selection, timeline, summary of the activities to be performed, breakdown of the budget and required human resources.
• Detail report based on findings & requirement related to existing categories of health workers, skill gaps against service need in their respective health facilities in Bangladesh.
• An updated data set of the distribution of health workforce employed under MOHFW.
• Key bottlenecks for creation and amendment of the designation and categories of the health workers.
• Evidence based policy recommendation for creation of new categories of health workers especially in the public sector in Bangladesh. |
