| Brief Description of Assignment |

Bangladesh Computer Council (BCC) is organising the event Digital World 2020 as executing agency on behalf of ICT Division. The event may be organized in mixed-mode. Largely digital technology-enabled virtual platform will be used alongside physical modes. The event will showcase ICT products & services, host a number of conferences, and seminar/workshops. Extensive media coverage, PR activities and other promotional actvities will be carried out for making this event a grand success. |
| Experience, Resources and Delivery Capacity Required |

1. Event Management firms must have minimum 12 years of overall experience in providing event related services and supply of related goods;
2.The Company must have a minimum experience of arranging 5 (five) ICT related Program/Event and the firm must have experience of arranging 3 (three) national/ international events which involves honourable President/ Prime Minister within last five years.
3. The firm must have sufficient technical resources and facilities available to materialize the virtual platform alongside the traditional physical infrstaructures for the mega event.
4. The firm must have expertise to host virtual events like; fair, events, seminars, webinars etc. using state-of-the art technology platform. In order to prove the expertise, the firm must provide the list of experts and technical manpower and the technologies to be used in developing the virtual platform.
5. The firm must have fulltime Event Manager, Media Manager, Creative Manager, Interactive AR and VR specialists, Software and Website developer and other relevant Managers, Executives and associates having experiences in organizing National/International Event.
6. The firm must have BDT 4 crore amount of liquid assets, i.e., working capital or credit line(s) supported by appropriate documents;
7. The firm needs to show yearly turnover supported by appropriate documents.
8. The firm must submit updated audit-reports of previous 5 years.
9. The firm should have valid up-to-date trade license, income tax certificate and VAT registration;
10. JVCA is allowed as per PPA-2006 & PPR-2008; However; all the firms of jvca must be Bangladeshi.
