| Brief Description of Assignment |

The consulting services (“the Services”) are include, not limited to: (Detail scope of services are mentioned in the terms of reference):
• Prepare baseline data by conducting traffic surveys;
• Analysis of ‘existing Year traffic conditions’ with existing geometry.
• Preparation of the layout maps existing roads;
• Public consultations for environmental, Social and economic analysis;
• Prepare Traffic Impact Assessment (TIA) report of DSCC’s Markets in the selected corridors/neighborhood.
• Preparing a detailed Traffic Circulation/Traffic Management Plan.
• Preparing a design stage safety audit of the recommended preferred alternative;

The attention of interested Consulting firms is drawn to the Section III, para 3.14,3.16, and 3.17 of the World Bank's” Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers, July 2016 and updated in November 2018,” setting forth the World Bank's policy on conflict of interest. Consultancy Firm may associate with other firms to enhance their qualifications, but should indicate clearly whether the association is in the form of a Joint Venture and/or a Sub-consultancy, In case of a joint venture, all the partners in the joint venture shall be Jointly and Severally liable for the entire contract, if selected. A Consulting Firm will be selected in accordance with the Consultants Quality-based Selection (QBS) method set out in the Procurement Regulations.
