Development and providing ‘BSCIC Online Market’ e-commerce portal (platform) and related services including troubleshooting.
Area of works (but not fixed or limited to the following):
Seller/Entrepreneur Module, Product Module, Cart and logistics Module, Customer Module, All UI Module, Admin Module, Reporting Module, Promotion Module, Payment Gateway Module, Seller Module for DC/Agents, Accounting Module for DC/Entrepreneur/LP/BOM, Commission Disbursement Intelligence Module, Rating and Review Module, Cross Sell Module, Product Request Module, Abandon Cart Module, Facebook Sales Channel through Messenger Module, Cross Border Sales Module, Coupon and Promotion Module, LP Commission Module, Server & System Maintenance, Domain & Hosting along with required features in these modules etc. |

1. Minimum 3 (Three) years of general experience preferably in e-commerce software development or in IT/ ITES services under different ministries/division/autonomous bodies/ renowned non-government organizations.
2. Client List and Experience Certificate (appreciation letter of organization/institution/company worked for as claimed in experience)
3. Evidence of successful implementation of 02 e-commerce software development/ IT/ ITES services worth at least BDT 50,00,000 (Fifty Lakh) or equivalent USD each for government/non-government organizations within a period of last 05 years. Notification of Award, Contract Agreement and performance/completion certificate should be submitted.
4. Evidence (ownership document/rental deed) of Permanent office in Bangladesh should be submitted.
5. Reasonably acceptable organizational profile having adequate permanent manpower for e-commerce software development, relevant office equipment and other logistic support (detailed profile of permanent manpower needs to be submitted separately)
6. Interested firms must have aggregate turnover of at least BDT 03 (Three) crore in the last 05 years. |
