| Brief Description of Assignment |
: |
The scope of work is as follows but not limited to:
Advise the DGHS regarding the legal procedures and practices as per GoB rules(e.g.Land laws, Policies, Rules, Regulation, Arbitration and any other relevant Laws); Drafting and preparing legal document including paper, books for the mitigations in any court including Judge court & supreme Court of Bangladesh; Provides legal opinions related to legal issues of different tires of health systems. Advise the DGHS regarding the legal procedures and practise as per GoB rules and regulation; Drafting Regulation, Guidelines, Code and Standard etc. as per required by DGHS; Legal scrutiny of documents delivered by the DGHS:Apperaing before the Courts and any quasi-judicial body, public authorities and other offices as legal agent of the DGHS; Any other legal task given by the DGHS. Lawyers represent clients in civil trial and present evidence for their defence at Judge court & Supreme Court in Bangladesh with at least 5 year's working Experience at Judge Court & Supreme Court in Bangladesh is required to qualify for this package. |

To be selected, the organization must have the following:
* Familiarity with the health, nutrition and population sector program.
* Extensive knowledge on health in all policies of Bangladesh and how health system works.
* Have clear idea on health-related different legal issues, legal opinions, memoranda and other legal documents.
* Knowledge of legal aspectof DGHS's current project lending/funding/financing under Social, Economic and Infrastructure Windows.
* Capacity to represent DGHS in litigation, as requested.
*Knowledge to provide advice on land acquisition and real estate matters along with preparing valuation report ot the property.
* Capacity ot provide such other legal servies as may be requested by DGHS from fime to time.
* At least 05 years experiences in relevant fields.
* Updated & valid all legal documents related to rulesof business. |
