All Contractors registered on the e-GP Portal who have:
a. Minimum Three (03) years overall experience in the construction works as Prime Contractor.
b. Completed at least one Civil Construction work (Building/Boundary Wall) or Similar nature of work in Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous Organization in the last Three (03) years preceding the date of submission of tender as Prime Contractor of minimum value: Tk.135.00 lacs in a single work order
c. Minimum average annual construction turnover in the last Three (03) years preceding the date of submission of tender shall be: greater than Tk.590.00 lacs
d. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be: Tk.62.00 lacs in a single work order
e. In addition to these the contractor has to comply by the required experience/documents stated in TDS, PCC and Tender Forms. |
