(a) The Minimum 5(five) years of General Experience of the Tenderer in the construction works.
(b) The Minimum specific experience in construction works of at least 1 (one) Contract(s) of Construction of RCC road successfully completed within the last 5(five) years with a value of at least Tk. 200.00 Lakh .
(c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than 335.00 Lakh over the last 5 (Five) years.
(d) The minimum amount of Liquid assets i.e. working capital of the Tenderer Shall be Tk. 150.00 Lakh
(e) Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than 10 (Ten) percent above or below the official Approved cost estimate, the tender will be rejected. (As per LGED Memo no-LGED/CE/PU-22/2004/2064 dated-06/02/2017.)
