INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

a)The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in construction works as prime contractor shall be 10 years. b)The minimum specific experience as a prime contractor of at least 01(one) contract of 01(one) RCC Frame Structured building construction work completed within the last 5 years with a value of at least Tk 45 (Fourty Five) Crore in Government/Semi Government /Autonomous organization of Bangladesh. c)The required average annual construction turn over shall be greater than Tk 100 (One Hundred) Crore over the last five years. d)The minimum amount of Liquid Asset i.e Working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk 24 (Twenty Four) crore. e)The minimum tender capacity of the Tenderer shall be Tk 50 (Fifty) crore.
Special Instructions: (i)Propping sequence of construction of building will be based on 30 days vertical floor cycle so that 1(one) vertical level will be casted within 30 (thirty) days. The Tenderer shall have proper quantity of shuttering materials for whole roof casting at a time as well as necessary scaffolding, hoist, modern construction and survey equipments, required number of skilled manpower and must have the ability to work day and night. (ii)Tenderer have to submit approach and methodology of works, Work Program in bar chart, schedule of key management and technical personnel, list of the equipments proposed for this project. (iii) Tenderer must maintain Pro Rata Progress of works (described in TDS clause 25). In case of failure of achieving Pro Rata Progress in comparison with approved work program in any stage of work, it will be considered as Fundamental Breach of Contract. Subsequently, measures will be taken to terminate Contract of the Work as per clause 89.1(b) of GCC. Other necessary instructions are mentioned in TDS and PCC. |
