The LGED invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for to provide all sorts of ICT support to LGED Headquarter, Regional, district and upazila level offices including but not limited to:
1. To keep the LAN, Internet system and webmail 24/7/365 hours’ uptime in coordination with the ISP and other service provider. Separate Service Level Agreement (SLA) had been signed with the ISP and other service providers. The service uptime must be equal to that provided by the ISP and other service provider. The consultant also has to ensure system security and data back-up, develop and implement disaster recovery plan;
2. To administer network, AD & WLAN, IP telephony and central Wi-Fi system;
3. To provide maintenance & troubleshooting of hardware, software, networking along with multimedia, capturing photos and graphics design related support;
4. To provide support to LGED regarding database development, new application development, maintenance and enhancement of existing ones;
5. Analyze hurdles in current ICT activities and recommend the best solution to adopt;
6. Accommodate any kind of software/application in the server whenever necessary subject to getting required hardware, software and other equipment;
7. Update information of concern district/unit/project of LGED. |
