This tender is open for all tenderer meeting the following criteria:
a. Shall have valid and up to date trade license, tax clearance certificate and VAT certificate
b. Shall have minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in providing non-Consulting Service of satisfactory completion of minimum 300 (Three Hundred) person/ employee at least 02 (two) contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/ technology completed over a period of 03 (Three) years in any Government organization/ Semi-Govt./ Autonomous bodies.
c. Shall have average annual turnover of the Tenderer at least of the amount of Tk 700.00 Lakh for Lot 1 and Tk 1400.00 Lakh for Lot 2 over the last three years.
d. Shall have minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s)of the Tenderer Tk 200.00 Lakh for Lot 1 and Tk 400.00 Lakh for Lot 2.

For Lot 1: Background
The Department of Fisheries is now implementing a World Bank Financed “Sustainable Coastal and Marine Fisheries Project”. For the smoothly execution of this project, there need some supporting staffs. This notice is for providing that support staff.
Purpose of the Service
The selected firm shall provide man-power for the Project for initially the project tenure.
Areas included in the Scope of Services
The Project needs the man-power for various regions in Bangladesh. Interested firm may contact with the project personnel for more information.
Detailed definition of Services
The man-power shall provide services as per direction of Project Director or the authorized person.
Detailed Days and Times
The service shall be provided as per the current rules of Bangladesh Government. The person shall normally attend office within 9:00 AM of the morning and leave at 5:00PM. As per direction of Project official office time may increase time without changing the financial benefits. The person shall have to come office even in holidays, if projects official required. For providing extra services, overtime and other benefits will not be provided.
