General Experience: The minimum no. of years of General Experience shall be 05(Five) years as Supplier/Operator/Contractor.
Specific Experience:
a) Experience of at least 01 (one) similar works completed during last 10 (Ten) years of value BDT 15.00 crores in a single contract.
Experience shall be supported by authenticated completion certificate issued by the concerned authority, not below the rank of Executive Engineer; and
Similar experience means (i) Operation and Maintenance of Bridge and (ii) Toll Collection by using Computerized Toll Collection Software System.
average annual turnover:
The required average annual turnover as a contractor/supplier/operator shall be greater than BDT 6.00 (Six) Crore of the last Three (03) years.
liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities:
The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be minimum BDT 1.0 (One) Crore .

The above works are required for 05 (five) years.
