A)Reputed Govt. approved contractors/construction firms who have minimum 5(Five) years of general experience in Construction works.B)Having experience in successfully completion of at least1(one) number of similar nature of building construction works including Civil,Sanitary,electrification etc.worth not less than Tk.135.00(One Hundred Thirty Five)Lakh only in a single work order.C)The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5(five)years amounting of Tk 185.00(One Hundred Eighty Five)Lakh only.D)The minimum amount of liquid asset or works capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be of Tk 80.00(Eighty five)Lakh only supported by Bank certificate against the name of the work.Minimum liquid assets substantiated by any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh in the format of Form PW 3-7(CPTU STD PW2A-3).Failing to submit in PW 2A-3 will make the tender non-responsive.Document submitted in the form along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender.E)For the experience certificate for successful completion of work under PWD shall be certifying and authenticating by the concerned Executive Engineer and in case of the work done other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that district. F)The Minimum Tender Capacity is 140.00(One Hundred Forty)Lakh only.G)Valid and Up-to dated Trade License, Income Tax Clearance and VAT Registration Certificate.H)Valid and Up-to dated ABC category contractory& Supervisory License issued from Electrical licensing Board,GoB.I)As per latest Amendment of PPR-2008 Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than 10(Ten) percent above or below from official cost estimate for the works,the tender will be rejected.J)No JVCA is allowed in this tender. |
