INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

This invitation for Tenders is open to all e-GP system registerd eligible Tenderers as mentioned below ;
a) Reputed Contractors/ Construction firms who have minimum 5 (Five) years of general experience in construction works.
b) Having experience as a Prime Contractor in successful completion of at least 1 (one) number RCC building construction work of Tk. 250.00 ( two hundred fifty) lakh in a single contract in Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 5 (five) years. In case of the work done other than PWD, the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer, PWD, of that division.
c) The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5 (five) financial years of Tk. 400.00 ( four hundred ) lakh. Only Payment certificates for contracts in progress or completed under public sector to be submitted along with tender for calculation of average annual construction turnover.
d) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk. 100.00 ( one hundred ) lakh in the prescribed form (PW3-7).
e) The minimum tender capacity shall be tk 300.00 (three hundred) lakh. To calculate minimum tender capacity the tenderer must submit list of contract agreement, up to date payment certificate for on-going and completed contract under any public sectors for the year in which maximum value of works performed within 5 years.
f) The tenderer must posses Up-to-date income tax clearance certificate,Valid VAT registration certificate, Up-to-date trade license, Up-to-date ABC license
f) Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than 10 (ten) percent above or below the official cost estimate, the tender will be rejected
g) Other required eligibility and conditions of the tenderer are shown in tender data sheet of tender documents. |
