INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
1. Reputed Contractors/ Construction firms who have minimum 10 (ten) years of general experience in construction works.
2. The tenderer must have an experience in successful completion of at least 1(one) number of minimum 2 (Two) storied RCC building including civil, sanitary , electrification works and Deep Tube-Well Installation works with a value of at least Tk.3.5 (Three point Five) crore in a single contract in Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 10 (ten) years.
3. The tenderer must have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5 (five) financial years of Tk. 6(Six) crore. Payment certificates for contracts in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e credit line(s) of the Tenderers shall be Tk. 2 (Two) crore in the form PW3-7 (Failing to submit in PW3-7 will make the tender non-responsive). Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender.
5.The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk. 3 (Three) crore.
6. The tenderer shall submit updated income tax clearance certificate, VAT registration certificate, Trade licence, ABC category contractor and supervisory license from Electricity Licensing Board.
7. Tenderer's having quoted the tender price more than 10 (Ten) percent above or below the official estimated cost, shall be rejected.
