INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

1. The intending Tenderer must have valid Trade License, VAT & Income Tax clearance certificate, Valid ABC Electrical & Supervisory license.
2. The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 10 years of overall experience in the construction field.
3. The Tenderer shall have at least 01 similar type of experiences as contractor or sub-contractor for Supply, Construction, Installation & Commissioning of minimum 11KV, 0.415 KV, 11/0.415 KV Composite Distribution Line none of which contract value is not less than BDT 3.5 Crore in a single contract under Bangladesh Power Development Board (BPDB) or any organization under BPDB within last 5 years those are successfully operating for last 2 years from the bid closing date. As evidence of experience the tenderer shall include End User Certificate on satisfactory performance for Supplied, Constructed, Installed & Commissioned by the contractor or sub-contractor. The Certificate shall be in English Language mentioning Name of the Work, Contract Date, Date of Completion, name of the contractor or sub-contractor. The Certificate shall be duly Signed, Sealed & Dated by the competent authority (not below Executive Engineer or equivalent) with name, address, phone number & e-mail address of the issuing authority.
4. Minimum average annual construction turnover should be 07 crore in any 3 years within last 5 years which shall be supported by Audit Report.
5. The Tenderer shall have a minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital [steady balance for Last 6 months] or credit facility issued by any schedule Bank of Bangladesh mentioning the Tender Invitation Number, Name of the Tender, Name of the Procuring Entity and Amount not less than 5 Crore.
6. The Tender Capacity shall be BDT 4,50,00,000.00 (Four Crore Fifty Lac).
7. Any conditional tender will be considered as non-responsive. |
