INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
i) Tenderer(s) must have legal, financial and technical capacity to provide Non-Consulting Physical Services / Supply of Man-Power and have fulfilled the obligations of all tax requirements. Other eligibility is stated in the Tender Document. The Tenderer(s) shall have a minimum of 03 (Three) years overall experience in providing non-Consulting Physical Services or Supply of Man-Power.
ii) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in providing Non-Consulting Physical Services / Man-Power Supply of at least ONE contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/technology completed over a period of three (3)years each with a value of at least of Tk. 48.00 Lakh (Forty Eight lakh only) shall be required.
iii) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 10.00 Lakh (Ten Lakh only).
iv) The required average annual turnover of the Tenderer shall be at least of the amount of Tk. 16.00 Lakh (Sixteen Lakh only) over the last (03) three years.
v) The Contractor who have Up-to-date Trade license, Income tax clearance Certificate & VAT Registration Certificate.
vi) The work or any others certificate for successful Completion of work issued by Officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent of Concerned Government Department /Organization.
vii) Satisfactory other criteria laid down in the tender data sheet and additional terms and conditions of the tender documents. |
