INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

This invitation for tender is open to all eligible tenderers as mentioned below :
a) Tenderer shall have minimum 5(five) years of general experience in building
Construction works .
b) Having experience in successfully completion/execution of at least 1(one)
number of similar nature of building construction work including Civil,
Sanitary,Electrification works worth not less than Tk.725.00(Seven Hundred
Twnety Five) Lakh only in a single work order in Government/ Semi
Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 5(five) years.
(time will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP
system).
c) The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover
during last 5(five) years amounting of Tk. 1300.00(One Thousand Three
Hundred) Lakh only.Any estimated cost or contract value will not be considered
to calculate Average Annual Construction Turnover. (time will be counted
backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP system).
d) The tenderder must have a minimum amount of free funds (liquid Assets)
/Credit facilities, working capital Tk. 250.00(Two Hundred Fifty)Lakh only.
(e) The experience certificate for successful completion of work shall have to
be enclosed.In case of the work done other than PWD the certifying authority
shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same duly
verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that district under
whose jurisdiction the work has been done.
f) The minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk.1000.00 (One Thousand) Lac
Only.
g) The tenderder must have updated VAT, IT, Trade License , ABC category
Electrical license & supervisory license.
h) All other conditions as specified in (Section-2 & Section-4) TDS must be
fulfilled.
i) If total Value of any tender is more than 10% less or more than 10% above
than the official cost estimate, the tender will be non-responsive |
