1.General experience Five years
2. Specific experience: A single contract of construction of similar nature of works within the last 3 (Three) years with a value at least Tk. 27.00 (Twenty Seven) lakhs
3. Average Annual Construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 30.00 (Thirty) lakhs over the last 3 (Three) years.
4.The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 30.00 (Thirty lakhs. For credit facilities, use the standard format "Letter of Commitment for Bank’s Undertaking for Line of Credit (Form PW3-7)" which is uploaded in 'General Specifications' section. Any conditional Line of Credit or Other format for this will not be considered
5. Tender should be repair, maintenance and replace all others defect accessories without any cost for 5 years.. |
