INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
i. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Sub contractor shall be 10 years.
ii. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Joint Venture Partner in construction of Sea Port Terminal of at least two contracts successfully completed within the last 10 years, each with a value of at least BDT 8330.00 Million/ USD 98.00 Million. Out of above mentioned two Contracts, at least one contract should be outside of the Tenderer’s home country.
iii. For the above or other contracts executed during the period mentioned in paragraph-ii above, a minimum construction experience as a prime contractor or joint venture partner in the following key activities:
a. Minimum 1.2 million cum sand filling /earthworks completed.
b. Minimum of two hundred fifty thousand square meters (250,000 sqm) of area compacted by using Prefabricated Vertical Drain (PVD).
c. Minimum of two hundred fifty thousand square meters (250,000 sqm) of Reinforced Cement Concrete pavement Work/ Concrete pavement work.
d. River Bank Protection work of minimum 40,000 sqm. |
