INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

This invitation for tender is open to all eligible tenderers as mentioned below:
(A) Reputed contractors/construction firms who have minimum 5(five) years of general experience in building Construction with internal/External electrification/sanitary works.
(B) Having experience in successfully completion/execution of at least 1(one) number of RCC building works including civil, sanitary & electrical works of Tk. 2 crore in single tender submitted by tenderer in Bangladesh of Govt./semi govt./autonomous bodies/organization during last 5(five) years backward from tender publication date.
(C) The Tenderer must have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5(five) years amounting of Tk. 7 crore with necessary supporting documents from the concerned authorities.
(D) The minimum amount of Liquid Assets or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk. 1 crore. Adequacy of minimum liquid assets or credit line(s) substantiated by any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh only in the format as specified CPTU Form PW3-7, without alteration, issued not earlier than twenty Eight (28) days prior to the day of the original deadline for submission of Tenders for this contract.
(E) Scanned copy of original (not photocopy) up-to-date Trade Licence, Income Tax Clearance Certificate and VAT Registration Certificate, Civil licence, ABC/BC category contractor & Supervisory Licence issued from Electrical licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh. Do not upload unnecessary documents.
(F) All other conditions as mentioned in Section-2 & 4 of tender documents must be fulfilled
(G) The Minimum Tender Capacity of Tenderer must be Tk. 2.50 crore.
(H) The procuring Entity preserves the right to reject/retender the Tender at any time with valid reason.
