INFORMATION FOR TENDERER
|
| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
• The tenderer shall have a minimum of 05 (five) years of general experience in refurbishment activities (renovation/repair/extension) and physical services.
• The tenderer shall have satisfactory completion of refurbishment activities of minimum BDT 20,000,000 (two crore) only under maximum 01 (one) contract in the last 03 (three) years.
• The required average annual turnover shall be greater than BDT 100,000,000 (ten crore) over the last 03 (three) years.
• The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be BDT 10,000,000 (one crore) only.
• The tenderer shall provide documentary evidence in providing minimum 200 nos of beds in government hospital, hostel etc. and working experience of refurbishment/renovation of 04 (four) common room/conference room etc. at government institution as specific experience. |
