INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

Along with other terms specified in the schedule, the tenderers shall have the following minimum level of experience to qualify for the performance of the non-Consultant Service under the Contract:
(i) The minimum specific experiences shall be 3(three) years in cleaning services at KPI/Airport/Hospital/Five Star Hotel/ Offices/Shopping Mall having minimum 2 (two) lac square feet of floor areas(including toilets) (Agreement to be submitted).
(ii) Satisfactory completion of similar nature of services with minimum TK.5.1 Crore under maximum 1(One) contract over the last 3 (three) years.
(iii) The Tenderer shall have availability of minimum liquid assets or working capitals or credit facilities from a Schedule Bank not less than taka 1.7 crore (Document should be submitted) .
(iv) The average annual turnover should be minimum TK.2.55 Crore in the best 3 years over the last 5 years (Document should be submitted) . |
