• Overall 10 (ten) years general experienced as prime shipbuilder for Construction of Coastal Ferry / Passenger vessel / Sea-truck / Cruise vessel or similar nature job under Classification Society.
• The specific experience for construction and delivery of at least 1(one) Class Passenger vessel / Ferry/ Sea-truck/ any class vessel, successfully completed in Govt. / Semi govt. / autonomous body with a value of at least Tk. 125 (One Hundred and Twenty Five) Crore or equivalent foreign currency (USD / EURO / GBP / JPY) within last 5 (Five) years as a Prime Shipbuilder. |

a) Construction & Delivery of 3 (three) nos. Classed Passenger Cruise Vessel (Coastal) under Classification Society (Member of IACS) with Hull and Machinery Class of approximate size [LOA= 78.00 meter, B (mld) = 16.00 meter, D (mld) = 4.00 meter and Draught (Max.)=2.50 meter at amidships] and Service speed-13.00 Knots.
Screw Propulsion, Power- Around 2X1500 BHP @1800 RPM (Max.) Or the power obtained in model test whichever is suitable to attain 13.50 knots trial speed and 13.00 knots service speed at 85% MCR of unrestricted continuous output marine diesel engine.
IMO Tier II and Class approved engine have to be supplied.
De-rated or customized engine shall not be acceptable.
Latest model and less fuel consumption of USA / EU Countries / UK / Japan / Canada / Australia country of origin & manufactured.
b) Keel laying of the vessel as per approved design by Classification Society, Lofting work, Hull & Superstructure fabrication work, Engines & Machineries Installation, Accommodation work, Outfitting work, Painting work, Finishing work, Class Supervision, Survey & Registration, Preliminary test & trial, Inclining experiment and final stability Booklet, etc. Final test & trial and delivery of the vessel are to be at any place of Bangladesh as per owner’s choice.
