INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

a) Tenderer shall have minimum 7 (Seven) years general experience in relevent
field.
b) Tenderer shall have minimum 7 (Seven) years experience on construction
services in public sector(s)/Foreign Agency sueccessfully completed of at least 01 (one)
number of RCC framed structure building construction with sanitary and
electrification works within the last 03 (Three) years, each with a value of at
least Tk. 1,50,000,00.00 (Fifteen Million).
c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk
2,00,000,00.00 over the last 05 years or best 03 years in the last 05 years.
d) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of
the Tenderers shall be Tk 60,00,000.00. |
