Eligibility: As mentioned in tender document.
Qualification :
i.The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 5 (Five) years.
ii. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 1 (one) contract of Curtain Wall work in multi-storied building successfully completed within the last 3 (Three) years, with a value of at least Tk. 600 (Six hundred) lac.
iii. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 1000 (One thousand) Lac in the best 3 (Three) years within the last 5 (Five) years.
iv. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderers shall be Tk 500 (five hundred) Lac.
