• Minimum average annual construction turnover of US$ 30.50 million during the last 5 (five) years;
• Participation in at least one contract similar to the proposed works within the last 10 (ten) years successfully or substantially completed, where the value of the Bidder’s participation exceeds US$ 42 million in a single contract;
• Net worth for the last year calculated as the difference between total assets and total liabilities should be positive;
• Demonstrate total financial resource requirement equal or more than 5.10 US$ million for subject contract;
• Experienced on Supply, laying and commissioning of Sewage Collection Network in a single contract which has minimum length of 80 km, pipe diameter not less than 200mm of any material. Out of 80 km length at least 15 km length shall have diameter of 800mm or above.
