INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

This invitation for Bid is open to eligible Bidders as mentioned below and as further detailed in the Bid Data sheet (BDS) of the Bid Document :-
1. Experience under construction contracts in the role of prime contractor (single entity or JV member), subcontractor, or management contractor for at least the last 5 years, starting 1st January 2020.
2. Having minimum experience as a prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in successful completion of at least 1 (one) number of minimum 2 (Two) storied R.C.C. building construction including civil, internal sanitary and internal electrification works of BDT 125.00 (One Hundred and Twenty Five) Lac in a single contract within 1st January 2015 and Bid submission deadline in any Government / Semi-Government / Autonomous organization of Bangladesh.
In case of the work done under PWD, the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer.
In case of the work done under any Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that district under whose jurisdiction the work has been done.
3. minimum average annual construction turnover of BDT 350 (Three hundred and fifty) lac calculated as total Payment received for contracts in progress and completed under public within last 5(five) financial years divided by 5(five) years.
4. The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of the bidder shall be BDT 60 (sixty) Lac. Document submitted along with the Bid must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender.
5. The Minimum amount of Bid Capacity shall be Tk. 145.00 (One Hundred Forty) Lac Only. To Calculate Bid Capacity, the Bidder must be submitted list of on-going works under any public sector and existing commitment must be mentioned.
6. Other requirements:
(i) Bid purchasing money receipt (original)
(ii) Up-to-date trade license
(iii) Up-to-date income tax clearance certificate.
(iv) Valid VAT registration certificate.
(v) Up-to-date ABC and Supervisory license from Bangladesh Electric
Licensing Board.
vi) Attested copy of documents mentioned in sl. No. ii, iii iv & v
are to be submitted.
vii) Other required eligibility criteria & conditions as mentioned in
tender documents. |
