INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

a) The maximum 03 number of arbitrations against the Tenderer over a period of 05 years.
b) i) The tenderer or in case of JVCA, all partner shall have minimum of 05 (five) years of experience or more in the role of contractor.
ii) The tenderer or in case of JVCA, all partner shall have successfully completed at least 01 (one) contract within last 10 (ten) years.
c) The tenderer or in case of JVCA, any partner or the manufacturer shall have experience of satisfactory completion of Design, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 33/11KV or higher voltage level Container Based Mobile Substation on turnkey basis with a value of at least USD 1,900,000.00 (One million nine hundred thousand US dollar only) under maximum 02 (Two) number of contracts within the last 10 (ten) years to be evidenced by certificate from end user as per tender document.
d) i) The required average annual turnover shall be minimum USD 2,360,000.00 (Two million Three hundred sixty thousand US dollar only) within the last 03 (three) years.
ii) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be USD 600,000.00 (Six hundred thousand US dollar only).
