INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
i) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 10 (ten) years.
ii) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in EPC or PC or Construction basis works of at least 01 (one) contract(s) of construction and commissioning of high pressure (above 300 psig) 2 km cross country natural gas transmission pipelines having diameter not less than 24-inch OD successfully completed within the last ten (10) years with a value of at least Tk. 8.00 Crore and as evidence, whereof the tenderer must submit at least one completion certificate issued by the client.
iii) The required average annual turnover shall be greater than BDT 16,00,00,000 (Sixteen Crore) over the best three (3) years in the last five (5) years.
iv) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderers shall be BDT 5,60,00,000 (Five Crore and Sixty Lac).
v) Attested copy of valid and up to date enlistment certificate under category 1.4 with Petrobangla or any Company of Petrobangla. |

The scope of work consists of construction of 2.36 Km, 30-inch outer dia. and 1.3 Km, 24-inch outer dia. High Pressure Gas Transmission pipeline, installation of Mg Anode System for Casing Pipe at road crossing location and perform Hook-up works at three different locations for 30” OD pipeline with existing 30” OD pipeline (Manohordi-Jamuna gas pipeline- 02 locations & underground section of Bangabandhu Bridge gas pipeline - 01 location) and one location for 24” OD pipeline with existing 24” OD Elenga-Nolka-Baghabari pipeline both upstream and downstream end of all the pipelines, commissioning of pipelines along with all other ancillary facilities including supply of materials, goods and related services according to alignment sheets, typical and individual drawings and Technical Specifications. |
