INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

Tender must meet the following and other eligibility criteria stated in the Tender Documents :
(a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be five (5) years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
(b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least one (1) contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last five (5) years (counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper), with a value of at least Tk. 30,00,00,000.00 (Bangladesh Taka Thirty Crore Only).
c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 40,00,00,000.00 (Bangladesh Taka Forty Crore Only) over the best three (03) years in the last five (5) years (counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper).
d) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 7,00,00,000.00 (Bangladesh Taka Seven Crore Only).
e) The minimum capacity shall be: Tk. 30,00,00,000.00 (Bangladesh Taka Thirty Crore Only).
f) having ABC Electrical License, current year Trade License, Income Tax Clearance Certificate and VAT Registration Certificate.
g) All documents to be submitted shall be attested by any gazette officer, not below the rank of Executive Engineer
