INFORMATION FOR TENDERER
|
| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
(a) The minimum number of years of General Experience of the tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Sub-contractor or Management Contractor Shall be 10 (Ten) years.
(b) The minimum experience as a prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in successful completion of at least 1 (one) number of minimum 2 (Two) storied R.C.C. Frame Structure building construction with minimum 4 (Four) storied foundation including civil, sanitary and internal electrification works of Tk. 3.15 (Three Point One-Five) Crore in a single contract within last 5(five) years in any Government / Semi-Government / Autonomous organization of Bangladesh.
(c) The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5 (five) financial years of Tk. 9.00 (Nine) crore. Payment certificates for contracts in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with tender in support of construction turnover.
(d) The minimum amount of credit line(s) of the Tenderers shall be Tk. 1.20 (One point Two-Zero) crore in the form PW3-7 (Failing to submit in PW3-7 will make the tenderer non-responsive).Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender.
(e) The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk.3.50 (Three Point Five-Zero) crore.To Calculate Tender Capacity, the Tenderer must be submitted list of on-going works under any public sector and existing commitment must be mentioned.
(f) Tenderer's having quoted the tender price more than 10 (Ten) percent above or below the official estimated cost, shall be rejected.
(g) Other required eligibility and conditions of the tenderer are shown in Tender Data Sheet of tender documents. |
