INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

• Tenderer, all the partners in case of JV shall have the current and valid enlistment under category 1.4 with Petrobangla or any company of Petrobangla & relevant ISO 9001 certificate.
• The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction Works as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor or Partner of Joint Venture (JV) shall be 10 (ten) years for each of the 5 (five) Sections. Failure to meet the above requirements shall be treated as non-responsive.
• The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor or Partner of Joint Venture (JV) in similar nature Gas Transmission Pipeline construction works of at least 1 (one) contract of minimum 5 km long 30 inch or above outer diameter high pressure natural gas transmission cross country pipeline successfully completed within the last 10 years with a value of at least Tk. 18.35 Crore for Section-A; Tk. 18.45 Crore for Section-B; Tk. 16.75 Crore for Section-C; Tk. 16.75 Crore for Section-D and Tk. 17.25 Crore for Section-E respectively.
• Construction of 147.5 km pipeline under this Project is grouped in 5 (five) Sections. Tenderer may participate in more than one section submitting the required documents separately for each Section. If a Tenderer participates in more than 1 (one) Section, the Tenderer has to qualify separately and in aggregate for ITT 15.1 (a), 15.1 (b), 15.1 (d), 16.1 and 17.1 of the tender Document. Failure to meet the requirement, all Tenders/Proposals of that Tenderer shall be liable for rejection.
