(ii) Upto date TIN, VAT Registration Certificate with upto date valid Income tax clearance certificate
(iii) Liquid Asset or Credit Facilities Certificate valid up to 28 days before tender opening
(iv) Valid ABC/BC/C category Electrical License & Supervisory License from Electrical Licensing Board.
(v) The minimum amount of Liquid Assets or Working Capital or Credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Taka 2.00 lac. [Only Letter ofCredit Commitment for Bank’s undertaking for Line of Credit (Form PW2a-3)] issued not earlier than twenty eight (28) days prior to the day of the original deadline for submission of Tender is allowed].Submission of Tender Bank Solvency Certificate or Bank Statement Will not be entertained.(vi) Upto date PWD license |
