(a) The tenderer must have practical experience of at least 4(Four) years as contractor in performing construction works.
(b) Tenderers shall submit attested copy of (1) Updated Trade license (2) VAT registration certificate, (3) Up to date Income Tax Certificate (4) Experience certificate for same nature of work during last 03(Three) years from any Govt./Autonomous/Govt. owned organization (5) Bank solvency certificate (6) Bank account statement of last 2(Two) years in favour of average transactions/turn-over of at least BDT.50,00,000/- (Taka Fifty Lacs) yearly from the same nature of business (In this regard, cash deposit/deposits in the bank accounts is/are not acceptable). (7) Original copies of all documents shall be submitted before Tender Evaluation.
