INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

(1) Attested copy of Trade License (2021-2022) for supply of manpower in updated renewed outsourcing system (2) Attested copy of updated Income Tax Payment Certificate (2020-21). Note that tax is in process, income tax documents have been opened, etc. Such writings are not acceptable. (3) Attested copy of Value Added Tax Certificate (Man Power Supply or Management Agency), VAT certificate of construction or supplier work is not acceptable. (04) In favor of financial solvency on 30 Jun 2021,a minimum of tk 50 lakh must be left in the bank. there should be a minimum bank balance of Tk.50 lac Original copy must be submitted and in its favor the original copy of Bank Solvency bas to be submitted and from 01/07/2020 to 30/06/2021 original copy of bank statement bas to be submitted as proof. (05) Must have 05 years of experience in the relevant work and have completed the work satisfactorily in the last 03 (three) years by providing minimum manpower of 35 (thirty five) manpower in 02 (two) single work orders to supply manpower to any government organization. , Attested copy of work order and photocopy of contract must be submitted (06) 2 (two) color photographs of newly taken passport size and three sample signatures of the tenderer / managing director must be submitted attested by a 1st class gazetted officer (attestor must have name seal) (7) All the columns of the submitted tender should be duly filled and all the pages should have the signature of the tenderer (08) In case of service charge submitted, latest circular of PPR and Ministry of Finance should be followed. (09) Sealed tender should be submitted. (10) Original copy of invoice should be submitted with the tender, otherwise the tender will be considered canceled. (11) Proof must be submitted that the salary allowances of the manpower provided by the contractor in the past have been paid to them as bank. (12) The required information regarding claims under litigation shall be during the last 03 (three) years from Notary Public, Bangladesh by bidder in 300 tk. non-judicial stamp. Must be submit original copy. (13) Attested copy of paper cutting of tender notification should be submitted with tender (14) Attested copy of tenderer's national identity card should be submitted (15) Photocopy of duplicate copy of required documents along with tender and tender should be submitted in sealed envelope. (16) Other conditions given in the tender will also be applicable. |
