| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

a) Tenderer must have general experience of 5 years (experience of accomplishing event Management Program). Certificates of relevant experiences are to be attested by first class gazette officer.
b) Tenderer must have the experience of accomplishing at least one event management Program of any government organization over a period of 05 (Five) years with a value of minimum 25.00 lac BDT.
c) Tenderer shall have the legal capacity to enter into the contract under the applicable Law.
d) Tenderer shall be enrolled in the relevant professional or trade organizations registered in
Bangladesh.
e) Tenderer shall have fulfilled its obligations to pay taxes under the provisions of laws and regulations of Bangladesh. |
