INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

The Invitation for Tender is open to all eligible tenderers who satisfy:
(a) All eligibility criteria stated in the tender document.
(b) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 5 years.
(c) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in at least 01 (one) no. of contract or similar works with a minimum value of BDT 5.0 Crore within last 05 years. In case of JV, the lead Partner shall have this specific experience. The experience of doing, at 15th floor or above, the minimum of 9000 sft floor tile works on a single floor area along with plumbing, electrical works and interior walls in public sector shall be treated as specific experience;
(d) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than BDT 10 Crore in any best of three years during last five years.
(e) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderers shall be BDT 6 crore.
(f) The minimum capacity shall be: BDT 6 crore.
(g) A valid trade license, an Income Tax registration certificate, up to date Income Tax clearance certificate and a VAT registration certificate. |
