INFORMATION FOR TENDERER

| Eligibility of Tenderer : |
: |
1.Tenderer must be competent in terms of legal, financial and technical qualifications as mentioned details in the TDS.
2.The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05 yrs.
3.The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction of at least 1(one) contract of similar nature i.e. RCC Building Construction Works successfully completed within the last 5 yrs, each with a value of at least BDT 12.00 crore in a single work order/tender in Government/ Semi Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh in standard work completion format attached in eTD.
4.The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than BDT 15.50 crore in the last 5 yrs.
5.The minimum amount of liquid assets in the form of line of credit facilities as mentioned in ePW3-7 shall be BDT 3.10 crore.
6. The minimum Tender Capacity shall be BDT 13.90 crore.
7.The Tenderer must submit with Tender:
a. Up-to-date Trade License, Income Tax Clearance Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate, ABC Category Contractor License, Supervisory License issued from Electricity Licensing Board, GoB.
b. The Tenderer must submit Certification of having steel shutter, props etc.
c. Only payment certificates will be considered for calculation of Average Annual Construction Turnover.
d. The Tenderers must submit work completion certificates & contract agreement of all completed and on-going works.
e. The Tenderer must comply with the proposed Work Program in compliance with Pro-rata Progress as mentioned in GCC Clause no.43 and as uploaded in Section 7.
f. All other conditions as mentioned in Section 2, 4, 7 & 9 will be mandatory for the tenderer. |
