As per TDS.
1. The certificates submitted by the tenderer in proof of Specific Experience / AACT must be as per the standard format attached/uploaded in Particular Specification Section.
2. The data/information submitted by the tenderer in proof of Tender Capacity must be as per the standard format attached/uploaded in Particular Specification Section.
3. Tenderer are requested to go through all papers attached in General Specification Section and Particular Specification Section.
4. All supporting documents as mentioned in ITT clause 25 of TDS.
5. Bank statement of last 05 (Five) years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper from a scheduled bank.
6. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in RCC Construction works of at least one contract(s) of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last Five years, each with a value of at least Tk. 750.00 Lac Only and having experience of supply & installation of Lift. In Case of Joint Venture, Lead Partner must have the experience of supply & installation of Lift.
7. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 1800.00 Lac over the last Five years.
8. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 300.00 Lac |
