The tenderer should be a construction firm and must have registration. General experience required as prime contractor, sub-contractor or management contractor is 5 years. Tenderers must have completed a minimum of 2 contracts with at least 1 (One) contract of similar nature with a value of Saudi Riyal 12 million over a period of 3 years.
The following documents will have to be submitted with the proposal:
i) Original Money receipt of procuring the tender documents from the official inviting tender
ii) Copy of Valid Trade License/Copy of registration.
iii) In case of limited company, the Certificate of Incorporation should be attached:
iv) Income Tax/Zakat Clearance Certificate for last three years
v) Bank Solvency Certificate on a date within collection of Tender Document & dropping date:
vi) Affidavit of ownership of the firm.
vii) Audit report for the last three years (if any).
viii) Bank guarantee/pay order/bank draft as Tender Security
ix) Information regarding claims under litigation (if any)
x) Satisfying other criteria laid down in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS). |
