| Eligibility of Tenderer : |

(a) Tenderer should own or have proven access to hire at least one Trailing Suction Hopper Dredger of sufficient size to complete the work within time.
(b) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 03 years.
(c) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in Construction works of at least 01 contract of Channel Dredging successfully completed within the last 05 years, each with a value of at least Tk. 15.00 Crore.
(d) Other conditions as stated in TDS of Tender Document.
