INFORMATION FOR TENDERER |

| Eligibility of Tenderer : | : | 1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the tenderer in the construction works as prime contractor or sub-contractor or management contractor shall be 5 (five) years. 2. The minimum specific experience as a prime contractor or sub-contractor or management contractor in RCC construction works of at least 1(one) number contract of 2-storied building with 2-storied foundation successfully completed within the last 5(five) years with a value of at least Tk. 3.40 (three point four zero) crore in Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous organization. 3. The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover Tk 5.50 (five point five zero) crore over the last 5 (five) years or best 5(five) years in the last 10 (ten) years. Payment certificates of works contract in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover. 4. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e., working capital or credit facilities as PW3-7 format of the Tenderers shall be Tk 1.80 (one point eight zero) crore. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued by scheduled bank in between tender publication and submission date. 5. The minimum tender capacity shall be 4.20 (four point two zero) crore. In case of JV tender capacity required for leading and other partners shall be as described in TDS. To calculate minimum tender capacity the tenderer must be submitted list of certified payment for ongoing or completed contract as PW3-5B format under any public sector for the year in which maximum value of works performed within 5 years from tender publication date. In case of JV, agreement between leading and other partners shall be required. 6. The tenderers must possess up-to-date trade and VAT registration certificate, income TAX clearance certificate and ABC and supervisory licenses. | ||||||||||
